IT ALL BEGAN...
in a small pub in Cambridgeshire.
I wanted to create a rum that I could truly enjoy, whether it be mixed with a cocktail or on it's own. So fueled by my profound love for rum and a desire to share something special with everyone, I took the leap into crafting small-batch flavoured rum.
As a single mum, I embraced the risk of starting this venture from scratch and worked tirelessly to get that perfect product that I am PROUD to share today.
Creating something with diverse profiles and the complexity of spiced variants the rums are more than just the taste. They are great social tools and great to unwind with.

THE RUM PROCESS
THE RUM The journey begins with a base of 75% gold rum. This blend of Caribbean rums have been aged for an impressive 3-5 years, providing depth and smoothness that sets it apart.
PRODUCTION PROCESS The rum is added to the 50L still with the botanicals and other carefully selected ingredients. The banana cake used is freshly made in a bakery in London; and the chai uses assam tea for that rich, full bodied taste.
Once the distilling process has completed and the rum is made to 47% ABV with only 3% sugar for a truly exceptionally smooth rum.
THE BOTTLE Top half is a striking matte black adorned with accents of regal gold, the bottom half is clear, so you’re able to witness the clarity of our rums; it also symbolises the transparency and authenticity we offer.
Every bottle of rum is hand bottled (70cl) and sealed after corking.
