Returns Policy

**1. Eligibility for Returns:**


We accept returns under the following conditions:


**Damaged or Defective Items:** If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of receiving the product.


**Incorrect Items:** If you receive the wrong item(s) in your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.


**2. Return Window:**


You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and a Return Authorization (RA) number and remind you of the below instructions on how to return:


- Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring they are in their original condition and packaging, including any tags, labels, or seals.


- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.


- Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team.

**4. Return Shipping:**


If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please follow our instructions for return shipping provided by our Customer Support Team.


If the return is for any other reason, such as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).


**5. Refunds:**


Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and you will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.


Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Gift cards or certificates.


- Items that have been opened, used, or consumed.
