Dirty Chai Rum Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 50ml State of Rum Chai Rum
- 25ml Freshly brewed espresso (cool it slightly)
- 25ml Coffee liqueur (e.g. Kahlúa)
- 10ml Simple syrup (optional – adjust to taste)
- Optional: 3 coffee beans & star anise
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake hard for 15 seconds (get that velvety foam!)
- Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with coffee beans or a light cinnamon dusting.

Banana Cake Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 50ml State of Rum Banana Cake Rum
- 25ml Fresh lime juice
- 15ml Simple syrup (or banana syrup for extra depth)
- Optional: a few dashes of bitters for balance
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Fine strain into a coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel, banana slice, or dried banana chip.

Salted Caramel Apple Martini
Ingredients
- 50ml State of Rum Salted Caramel Apple Rum
- 25ml Cloudy apple juice
- 15ml Caramel syrup
- 10ml Fresh lemon juice (to balance the sweetness)
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a thin apple slice or a caramel drizzle on the rim.
